This is the sticker that was often supplied with Bradex mini fire extinguishers. The original was a gummed paper sticker that went inside the glass and naturally didn't last long with all the condensation that all cars suffered with then.
This one is made from vinyl cling, so it sticks inside the glass without the need for glue and will stay there until you decide otherwise. Obviously just a neat little period detail, as you couldn't put a match out with a 40 year old extinguisher!
